This 10-day intensive program is the most comprehensive treatment program for depression and anxiety available in the United States. Participants travel all across the nation and world to attend this program and receive the quickest and most remarkable results. This program has treated victims of trauma, abuse, attempted suicide, PTSD, OCD, self-mutilation, social phobias, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction disorders, and the severest forms of both depression and/or anxiety. You will have comprehensive physician exams and evaluations, including extensive blood analysis and other revealing tests. In addition, at least two counselors/therapists will work with you individually and in groups to help your brain become the best it can be.

Lynda Cetean is the Administrative Director for the 10-day residential Nedley Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program. She oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the program. Since she started working for Dr. Nedley in 2001, she has helped to create and continues to develop the schedule for the residential program. As a licensed massage therapist, Lynda has facilitated in many areas of the program. If working or not, Lynda enjoys the outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, travelling and most of all, spending time with her husband and two children, extended family and friends.
Dr. Heldzinger is Canadian Board Certified in Family Medicine and is currently working in Athens, GA. He has treated more than 175,000 patients in his over 30 years of physician practice, many of whom suffered with depression and anxiety. Dr. Heldzinger has received specific training under Dr. Nedley at the residential Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Programs in northern California and has been associated with Dr. Nedley's trainings and seminars since 1995. Dr. Heldzinger has worked previously in counseling, marriage and family seminars, and health and wellness seminars. With Dr. Heldzinger's broad range of experience and passion for holistic treatment of mental health conditions, he is an asset to our Nedley Health Solutions team of trained physicians and provides excellent care throughout the 10 day programs.
Cami Martin is the assistant director for the 10-day residential Nedley Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program and the assistant manager for Nedley Health Solutions and Nedley Clinic. She works with program logistics, technical support, and assists the administrative director. Cami utilizes her background in Master of Public Health to continually look for ways to enhance and expand the program. She has worked with the residential program since 2013. When Cami isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, cats, hiking, baking and cooking, bird watching, and growing orchids.
Silaine Marques is a Clinical Professional Counselor starting her career in 2010, helping clients with a wide range of chronic mental health disorders. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, earned at the Methodist University of Piracicaba (UNIMEP), Brazil, and a Masters degree in Community Counseling through Andrews University, in Michigan. She acquired a Professional Clinical Counselor license on the island of Guam, and is currently a PCC Associate for the state of California. She has specialized in integrating a holistic approach into her sessions, and in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as her primary modality. Her work at Weimar with Dr. Neil Nedley started in October 2015, providing lectures and counseling sessions for the clients of the Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program, as well as assisting with client follow-up and data collection. In her free time she enjoys participating in singing groups, missionary outreach activities, traveling and hiking. Ms. Marques lives in Weimar, CA.
Emily King is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. She started her career in 2013, first interning in a psychiatric hospital, and then working in a community health center, followed by working as a counselor for the students of Southern Adventist University. Currently she stays at home to care for her son, and also does part-time online counseling. Emily has extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, identity/self-esteem, and relationship issues. She has also been a small group facilitator for the Depression Recovery Program. Emily has her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Austin Peay State University. She also has her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Southern Adventist University. Due to her background work as a nurse, she is very passionate about holistic health and healing. She also believes that Jesus was the greatest Counselor to ever walk this earth and believes that genuine love changes people. She loves to pray with and for her patients. Emily currently lives with her husband and toddler in the northwest. She enjoys playing the piano, cooking, hiking, and chasing around her son.
Paul Coneff is a Marriage and Family therapist and author of “The Hidden Half of the Gospel: How His Suffering Can Heal Yours,” with 20 years of pastoral experience. He has worked with Dr. Nedley in his 10-day program since 2011 offering Christ-centered cognitive behavioral therapy. He also has over 15,000 hours of teaching and training how to offering healing and freedom from anxiety, depression, anger, fear, shame, guilt, addictions, abuse, and abandonment.
ElmaMarie Heldzinger is the catalyst behind the expansion of the Nedley residential program to the east coast. She has effectively coordinated new sites with hard work and tenacity. ElmaMarie is well known for her hospitality and graciousness and will be sure to make you feel at home upon arrival to the program. Her many years of experience as a teacher make her a passionate, caring educator. She’s a firm believer in positive psychology and is currently pursuing a master in counseling.
Elena Rohm is a Registered Nurse for the 10-day residential Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program. She assists with a variety of services including direct participant care, managing medical information and assisting other staff with various needs. She has been with Nedley Clinic since 2013 where she worked along side Dr. Nedley in the office setting. She has since moved into the hospital setting working in Emergency, but loves to return and support the Residential Program at every opportunity. When not working, Elena enjoys traveling, rock climbing and any outdoor activity.
Dr. Neil Nedley is founder and medical director of the Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Programs. Dr. Nedley is an award winning practicing physician who also serves as President of Weimar Institute, a higher education college that houses the world famous NEWSTART program and the residential and outpatient Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program. He has presented and published numerous scientific studies in the medical/scientific literature and is well known as a public speaker and teacher throughout the world. He is author of Proof Positive, Depression—the Way Out, The Lost Art of Thinking, and Optimize Your Brain. Additionally, Dr. Nedley is a board certified Internal Medicine specialist with emphasis in the difficult-to-diagnose patient, gastroenterology, and mental health. He enjoys hiking in nature with his family, piloting his own aircraft, snow skiing, and listening to sacred and classical music. Nothing is as enjoyable to Dr. Nedley, however, as helping people from the depths of depression and anxiety to the pinnacle of success and fulfillment.
